We want you to love your new Bumbleride product but if for some reason you want to return it, there are a few guidelines we ask you to keep in mind:
- We offer free return shipping on any stroller bought from www.bumbleride.com.au for a period of 14 days from the time of purchase as long as the pram is in new condition with all packaging materials and accessories included. The stroller can be assembled and trialled inside a home but cannot be used outside.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when returning any other product than a stroller.
- Items may be opened, however returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all tags and operating manuals. Missing packaging, accessories or operating manuals will void a return.
- To return a product you will need to contact our office via email to lodge the return and to obtain the required paperwork.
- Once we have received your returned goods, we will assess them and if found in good order we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7-10 days.
- Only customers who have purchased from Bumbleride.com.au are eligible for a return under these guidelines. All other customers must contact the vendor from which they purchased the product. We are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside bumbleride.com.au
