2011
Natural collection introduced with fabrics made from 50% bamboo charcoal and 50% rPET(recycled polyethylene terephthalate, recycled plastic water bottles).
2013
Fire retardant free (excludes UK by law) and PVC free plastic peek-a-boo window on sun canopy. Also introduced PVC-free rain covers..
2016
All fabrics are 100% rPET plus OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 certified..
2017
Foam seat padding replaced with OEKO-TEX certified untreated polyester batting.
2018
Durable Water Repellent (DWR) updated to C-6.
2019
Non-toxic, sustainable cork handle released on Era.
100% Organic Cotton collection introduced.
2020
Durable Water Repellent (DWR) updated to PFAS-Free (C-0) of 25% plastic frame components sourced from recylced fishing nets.
2021
Officially launched reRide program. We believe all products in our supply chain should have an opportunity for a home with a family.
2022
Moved to 100% plastic free packaging.
Began using recycled Nylon vs. virgin Nylon.
Upcycling 100% rPET deadstock fabric for Supernova colorway and Bumbleride Tote.
2023
1% Wool / 99% rPET certified by the Responsible Wool Standard on our soft to the touch Dusk fabric.
Moved from 25% to 50% of plastic frame components being sourced from fishing nets recovered from local Taiwanese waters (near our factory).
2024
